Shipping & Returns

How we deliver authentic treasures from Gilgit-Baltistan to your door.

Shipping

  • We ship across Pakistan via reliable courier partners (including PostEx and others as available).
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after verification (for Cash on Delivery we may call to confirm).
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take longer.
  • You will receive a tracking number by SMS/email once your order is handed to the courier. Track anytime on our Track Order page.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free or discounted shipping may apply during promotions — watch the homepage promo banner and Hot Deals page.

Returns & exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Perishable products (dry fruits, honey, herbs, shilajit, etc.) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene and quality reasons, unless the product was defective on arrival.
  • Approved returns are refunded or replaced after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit where applicable.
