Our sulphured Khubani from Gilgit-Baltistan are preserved using a careful sulphuring process that keeps apricots plump, vibrant in colour and deliciously soft — without diminishing the natural quality of the fruit itself. The apricots are still grown organically in the orchards of Gilgit-Baltistan. The sulphuring simply preserves what nature already made beautiful.
